Antigravity incorporates with Pilates, a cross-training technique for both. Specialized postures easily helps strengthen the abdominal muscles. Training the inner and static muscle groups in the core area, using repetitive movements helps muscles develop memory, giving control creating a stable, long-lasting core foundation that supports the body in daily activities and to get you in shape while releasing you from the compression of gravity.
Fun is the essence, the technique brings fun into the workout that creates effortless while helping to develop an attractive abdomen.
Breathing (Pranayama) travels through the bloodstream bringing nourishment to all the body systems. Stretching is not about forcefully pulling the muscles, the inner fascia won’t move by force, it’s from lengthen the duration of breathing without creating tension anywhere in your body to expand and helps chronically tense red muscle fibers to relax and naturally releases tightness and fatigue.
The large hammock provides a safe cozy zone to comfortably support for specialized meditative seated postures, allowing the body, energy channels, and mind to unite — enjoying a moment of inner self-healing.
