Pelvic Rebalance Workshop

Your glutes aren’t sagging — they’ve “forgotten” how to engage. A misaligned pelvis can lead to chronic back pain, saggy glutes, wide hip dips (false hips), irregular periods, and bloating. Led by experienced yoga instructor Javy Yim, this workshop uses four core training modules to realign your pelvis from the inside out, relieve physical pain, and restore a healthy, balanced body shape.
