暑期親子空中瑜伽班｜Parent-Kids Aerial
和小朋友一起共渡美好夏日，來參加親子空中瑜伽，課堂會以輕鬆有趣嘅方式進行，透過吊床支撐做簡單伸展、平衡動作同互動姿勢，幫助大人同小朋友一齊放鬆身心。課堂內容會加入有趣元素，提升專注力、身體協調同自信心，亦可以增進親子之間嘅默契同親密感。適合父母一齊參與，享受溫馨又充滿樂趣嘅共處時光。
每組兩人一吊床｜Thur 4:30PM to 5:30PM

Spend a wonderful summer day with your child by joining Parent-Kids Aerial Yoga! Classes are conducted in a fun and relaxing way — using the hammock for gentle stretching, balancing, and interactive poses. It helps both parent and child relax, improve focus, coordination, and confidence, while also strengthening your bond.
