1. 報名及付款：
– 報名一經確認，即代表參加者同意遵守本課程所有條款及細則。

2. 名額及成班安排
– 課程名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
– 每班最少4 人成班，最多8 人。
– 如人數不足未能成班，會安排退款。

3. 缺席及補堂
– 學員如因個人原因缺席，將不設補堂、退款或任何形式之補償。
– 如上課當日因身體不適未能出席，建議提前通知，惟仍不設補堂。

4. 惡劣天氣安排
– 如遇八號或以上颱風信號、黑色暴雨警告，或政府因特殊情況宣布停課，課堂將會取消。
– 受影響之課堂將安排順延補堂，詳情將另行通知。

5. 退款政策
– 除因課程取消、人數不足未能成班，或課程改期外，所有已繳費用不設退款或轉讓。

6. 安全與責任
– 學員須確保身體狀況適合參加本課程，如有任何健康疑慮，建議報名前諮詢醫生。
– 課堂期間須遵從教練指示，以確保自身及他人安全。
– 如有任何意外或受傷，Waterfall Sports & Wellness 概不負責。

7. 課程變更
– Waterfall Sports & Wellness 保留修改課程內容、時間、地點及導師安排之權利，如有變動將提前通知學員。

8. 最終決定權

【🥊Kids’ Boxing Beginner Class | Summer Special🥊】

Looking for a fun way to help your kids burn off energy while learning self‑defence, focus, and coordination? Waterfall presents the **Kids’ Boxing Beginner Class**, designed for children aged 6–9. Led by professional coaches in a safe, small‑class setting — fun and safe!

Class Highlights

• Learn basic boxing stance, proper punching, and defensive techniques
• Agility drills, footwork, and core strength training
• Upon completing all 4 sessions, participants will receive a **Course Certificate** (a real achievement unlocked!)

Eligibility & Class Size

• Age: 6–9 years old
• Coaches: 1–2 professional instructors (adjusted based on class size)

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment
– By completing registration, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this course.
– Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.

2. Class Size & Minimum Enrollment
– Spots are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
– A minimum of 4 participants is required for the class to proceed, with a maximum of 8.
– If the minimum number is not met, a full refund will be arranged.

3. Absences & Make‑up Classes
– No make‑up classes, refunds, or compensation will be provided for personal absences.
– If your child is unwell on the day, we recommend notifying us in advance — however, make‑up sessions are still not available.

4. Bad Weather Arrangements
– Classes will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or a government‑declared suspension is in effect.
– Affected classes will be rescheduled, and details will be announced separately.

5. Refund Policy
– No refunds or transfers will be made except in cases of course cancellation, insufficient enrollment, or rescheduling by Waterfall.

6. Safety & Responsibility
– Participants must be in suitable physical condition to join the class. If you have any health concerns, please consult a doctor before registering.
– Students must follow the coach’s instructions at all times to ensure their own and others’ safety.
– Waterfall Sports & Wellness shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries occurring during the class.

7. Course Changes
– Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, venue, or instructor arrangements. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Final Decision
– Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this course (including registration, refunds, and arrangements), and may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
