If a participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons, no make-up sessions, refunds, or any form of compensation will be provided.
Each workshop has a maximum capacity of 15 participants and requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a session is canceled by Waterfall Sports & Wellness due to inclement weather or other circumstances, the session will be postponed or rescheduled. Details will be announced based on the actual situation.
Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the final right of decision and the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
