Although the Club is confident that any noise arising from the facility does not breach legal levels, we are taking numerous pro-active measures to address the original complainant’s concern and to demonstrate that we are good neighbours and positive contributors to our community.
We are currently in the process of installing soundproof barriers around the perimeter of our courts to effectively reduce noise at the source.
We are continuously incorporating more soft materials throughout the facility—such as laying additional artificial turf and setting up umbrellas—to act as natural sound absorbers
We are actively providing best-in-class "Quiet Paddles" to all our guests free of charge, strongly encouraging their use during everyday gameplay.
We are rolling out our "Night Owl" sessions from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During this time, all players will be required to use quiet paddles to minimize any potential disturbance to our neighbors.
