If a participant is unable to attend the session due to personal reasons, the session will not be rescheduled, refunded, or compensated in any form.
Each workshop has a maximum capacity of 15 participants. A minimum of 6 participants is required for the session to commence. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a session is canceled by Waterfall Sports & Wellness due to inclement weather or other circumstances, the session will be postponed or rescheduled. Details will be announced based on the actual situation.
Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the final right of decision and the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
