炎炎夏日放暑假，小朋友可以嚟試吓做空中飛人！透過在空中吊床上練習瑜伽動作，提升專注力、協調性和自信心！讓小朋友一邊玩樂，一邊學習，仲有助於放鬆心情，減輕壓力❤️。

從唔夠膽「倒掛」，到自信滿滿，成為飛天小英雄！小班教學，名額有限！

GROUP 1 – Age 5-9
7月 6, 13, 20 & 27 日 | Mon | 4:30PM to 5:30PM

暑期親子空中瑜伽班｜Parent-Kids Aerial

和小朋友一起共渡美好夏日，來參加親子空中瑜伽，課堂會以輕鬆有趣嘅方式進行，透過吊床支撐做簡單伸展、平衡動作同互動姿勢，幫助大人同小朋友一齊放鬆身心。課堂內容會加入有趣元素，提升專注力、身體協調同自信心，亦可以增進親子之間嘅默契同親密感。適合父母一齊參與，享受溫馨又充滿樂趣嘅共處時光。

每組兩人一吊床｜Thur 4:30PM to 5:30PM
7月 9, 16, 23 & 30 日

👥 名 額：10人｛五組｝（ 4人兩組成班 ） ，額滿即止

    如參加者因個人原因未能出席課堂，該課堂將 不設補堂、退款或任何形式之補償。

  2. 課堂名額及開班條件
    每班共設 6 個名額，最少 2 人 方可開班。額滿即止。

  3. 惡劣天氣或突發情況安排
    如因惡劣天氣或其他原因，由 Waterfall Sports & Wellness 宣布取消課堂，該課堂將 延期或另作補堂安排，具體細節將按實際情況公佈。

  4. 最終決定權及條款修改
    Waterfall Sports & Wellness 保留所有事項之 最終決定權，並有權在 不作另行通知 的情況下修改本條款及細則。

🦸🏻‍♀️ Summer Kids Aerial Yoga Class | Kids Aerial 🦸🏻‍♂️

On hot summer days, let your child try being a flying superhero! Through yoga poses on the aerial hammock, kids can improve focus, coordination, and confidence — all while having fun and learning. It also helps them relax and release stress ❤️

From being too shy to hang upside down to becoming a confident little flying hero — our small class sizes ensure personal attention. Limited spots available!

GROUP 1 – Ages 5-9
July 6, 13, 20 & 27 ( Monday ) | 4:30PM – 5:30PM

Parent-Kids Aerial Yoga

Spend a wonderful summer day with your child by joining Parent-Kids Aerial Yoga! Classes are conducted in a fun and relaxing way — using the hammock for gentle stretching, balancing, and interactive poses. It helps both parent and child relax, improve focus, coordination, and confidence, while also strengthening your bond.

🧘‍♀️ One hammock per pair
July 9, 16, 23 & 30 (Thursday) | 4:30PM – 5:30PM

👥 Class size: Max 10 people (5 pairs) | Minimum 4 people (2 pairs) to start
🙌🏻 Fee: $1,800 / 4 classes

Terms and Conditions (Kids Aerial) :

  • If a participant is unable to attend a class for personal reasons, that class will not be rescheduled, refunded, or compensated in any other way.
  • Each class has a total of 6 spots, with a minimum of 2 participants required to form a class. Enrollment will close once full.
  • If a class is canceled by Waterfall Sports & Wellness due to inclement weather or other reasons, the class will be postponed or rescheduled, and details will be announced based on the actual situation.
  • Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the right to make final decisions and change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions (Parent-Kids Aerial Yoga) :

  • Each class accommodates a maximum of 5 pairs (10 people). A minimum of 2 pairs (4 people) is required to start a class. Enrollment closes once the class is full.
