Waterfall shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect financial loss, injury, or death arising from or in connection with the use of any equipment, facilities, or services provided at the Club by users, their accompanying friends, or guests.

Waterfall 對使用者及其隨行親友或嘉賓在使用會所任何設備、設施或服務時所引起的直接或間接財務損失、傷害或死亡不承擔任何責任。

Health and Safety Guidelines  健康與安全指引

Individuals with the following conditions are advised against participating in certain physical activities or using specific facilities, including but not limited to sauna, steam bath, hot yoga, or hot/cold massage pools:

Unrecovered infectious diseases or chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney disease, severe liver disease, high or low blood pressure, behavioral disorders, mobility impairments, acute illnesses, or fever/cold.
All users must consult a certified medical professional to assess their suitability for using Waterfall’s facilities or participating in its activities.

患有以下情況的人士不適合參與某些體能活動或使用特定設施，包括但不限於桑拿浴、蒸氣浴、高溫瑜伽或冷/熱按摩池：

未痊癒的傳染病或慢性疾病，如心臟病、糖尿病、癲癇、腎臟疾病、嚴重肝臟疾病、高或低血壓、行為障礙、行動障礙、急性疾病，或感冒/發燒。
所有使用者必須諮詢合格醫療專業人士，評估其是否適合使用 Waterfall 的設施或參與相關活動。

Health Declaration  健康聲明

Participation in physical activities may involve risks, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or health complications. By using Waterfall’s facilities or services, users acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

參與體能活動可能涉及風險，包括但不限於死亡、人身傷害或健康問題。使用Waterfall的設施或服務即表示使用者已知悉並自願承擔這些風險。

Medical Clearance Requirement  醫療許可要求

Users who have concerns about their physical fitness or are aged 75 or above must obtain medical clearance from a certified doctor or sign a declaration voluntarily accepting the associated risks before using any Waterfall facilities, services, or participating in activities.

對自身健康狀況有疑慮或年齡達75歲及以上的使用者，必須在開始使用 Waterfall 的設施、服務或參與任何活動前，取得合格醫生的醫療許可證明，或簽署相關聲明自願承擔相關風險。

All users must comply with the terms of this agreement and the Rules, Regulations, and Disclaimer posted at the Club. Waterfall reserves the right to revoke usage privileges without compensation in the event of any violation.

所有使用者必須遵守本協議的條款以及會所內張貼的規章、免責聲明及守則。如有違反，Waterfall 保留取消使用資格的權利，且不予任何補償。
