為了履行在 Waterfall Olympic 社區負責任營運的承諾，我們針對戶外球場實施正式的「噪音緩解協議」。當您完成預訂，即表示您同意遵守以下規定。
靜音球拍規定（強制執行）
每日晚間 8:00 至閉館期間，所有戶外球場的使用者皆須使用經認可的靜音球拍。
櫃台提供經認可的靜音球拍，供玩家於上述時段免費借用，無需額外付費。
未遵守靜音球拍規定者，將被禁止進入球場。在此情況下，恕不提供退款或任何形式的抵用額度。

/ FAQ: ︲Never played Pickleball and don’t have a paddle? The venue provides quiet paddles for you to borrow for free. You don’t need to bring anything—just wear suitable sportswear and outdoor court shoes / non-marking shoes, and you are ready to play!

*Noise Policy and Quiet Paddle Requirement *
We operates a formal Noise Mitigation Protocol for our outdoor courts as part of our commitment to responsible operations within the Waterfall Olympic community. By making a booking, you agree to the following.
*Quiet paddle requirement (Mandatory)*
• The use of approved quiet paddles is required for all players on outdoor courts from *8:00 PM until close* each day.
• Complimentary approved quiet paddles are available at reception for use during this period at no additional charge.
• Players who do not comply with the quiet paddle requirement will be denied court access. No refund or credit will be issued in such circumstances.
