1)Zone 2 -作用調整步姿,控制心率,搵出‘’屬於自己‘’而省力嘅‘’跑‘’
2)重量訓練-作用增加肌肉力量,協調性,無論喺香港全馬,半馬,10K都會面對上斜,唔想做“步兵”,力量係必須
3)hiit-作用增加‘’你嘅‘’最大攝氧量(VO2max)、核心肌羣,從而獲得穩定性
Stretching-作用減低受傷風險
4)tempo -作用調整好步頻,步距,創造自己的“PB”or “PR”

Suitable for: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K runners

Format: Small group training (3-6 people per class)

 

1) Zone 2 Training
Focuses on adjusting your running form and controlling your heart rate, helping you discover the most efficient running technique that suits you personally.

2) Strength Training
Builds muscle strength and coordination—essential for conquering uphills during full marathons, half-marathons, or 10K races in Hong Kong. If you want to avoid walking up hills and stay strong throughout, strength is key.

3) HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Boosts your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) and activates your core muscle groups, which contributes to greater stability and endurance.

4) Stretching
Reduces your risk of injury, keeping you active and healthy.

5) Tempo Runs
Helps you refine your running cadence and stride length, setting you up to achieve your own personal best (PB) or personal record (PR).
