This time, Teacher Ivey has carefully designed a brand new course—Yoga Strap X Standing Pilates—specifically for those who sit for long periods and don’t enjoy outdoor activities, allowing you to easily exercise at home to combat muscle loss issues. 💪🏻

1. Enhance Exercise Effectiveness: Improve muscle elasticity and reduce shoulder, neck, and knee joint pain through resistance bands and eccentric movements, making it easier for you to move!
2. Restore Joint Vitality: Eccentric exercises effectively combat muscle atrophy, promote muscle growth, and enhance joint stability, keeping you energized!
3. Beginner-Friendly: The resistance band offers low resistance, making it ideal for those with joint issues or beginners, so you don’t have to worry about injuries!

Terms and Conditions:

• If participants cannot attend the class for personal reasons, there will be no make-up classes or refunds.
• Each workshop has a maximum of 12 spots, with classes starting at 6 participants, first come, first served.
• If classes are canceled by Waterfall Sports & Wellness due to bad weather or other reasons, the classes will be rescheduled or made up. Details will be announced based on actual circumstances.
