Court bookings are in 1-hour blocks. Indoor courts are available in 30-minute increments with a minimum booking of 1 hour; outdoor courts are in 1-hour blocks.
All bookings must be paid in full in advance.
Bookings can be made via the Waterfall app only. Walk-in bookings at reception are subject to availability and must be paid at check-in.
Standard bookings allow up to 6 players per court. If more than 6, extra HK$100 per player (up to 8 players total).
Starting June 15 2026, Indoor courts can only be booked by Waterfall Members only. Extra $100 per non-member players (up to 8 players total).
Terraza may reserve or close courts for club events, coaching, maintenance or tournaments. We will provide as much advance notice as reasonably practicable via our usual channels.
Standard cancellations & rescheduling (24+ hours’ notice)
Cancellations and rescheduling requested at least 24 hours before your session will receive an e-coupon for rescheduling (valid 7 days).
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time.
Where availability allows, management may at its discretion hold the court for the booking party for a reasonable period.
No-shows
If you do not arrive and have not contacted reception, your payment will be forfeited in full. No credit, refund or rescheduling will be provided.
A first no-show will be recorded on your Waterfall account. A second no-show within any rolling 30 day period will result in a 2-week suspension of booking privileges on the Waterfall app.
Emergency exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Contact management directly as soon as possible and provide a medical certificate or equivalent documentation. Valid emergency cases will be offered rescheduling at management’s discretion; refunds are not guaranteed.
Coaching, Clinics and Lessons
A 48-hour cancellation window applies to all coaching, clinic and lesson bookings. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the full session fee.
Terraza-initiated cancellations
If Terraza cancels or cannot provide a booked court for safety or operational reasons, we will issue an e-coupon for rescheduling (valid 14 days).
Outdoor courts — before the session starts
Terraza may cancel outdoor bookings due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, including (without limitation) Amber Rainstorm signal or higher, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or any condition management reasonably considers unsafe.
We will notify you by WhatsApp (or your agreed contact channel) as soon as practicable, and aim to do so at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
Outdoor courts — once play has started
If play is stopped before the first half of the booked duration has been used, a club credit for 100% of the booking fee will be issued.
If play is stopped during or after the second half of the booked duration, no credit or refund will be issued.
Indoor courts
Weather-related credits apply only if the indoor facility itself becomes unusable or unsafe (e.g. power outage, flooding or structural issues). Credits will follow the same approach as for outdoor cancellations above.
Force majeure
Terraza will not be liable for failure or delay in providing access to the facilities caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions or power failure. In such cases, your remedies are limited to credits as set out in this section, subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Hong Kong.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking and check in at reception.
All players must have signed and accepted Terraza’s Liability Waiver & Release before using the facilities. Once signed, it remains valid for future visits. The waiver is available via the link sent at booking confirmation, or by scanning the QR code at reception.
Upon successful check-in, players will receive “chips” to be collected by Warden/s on duty before entering the court.
Non-marking sports shoes are required. Players under 16 must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.
Court access is restricted to active players only. Spectators, guests and companions who are not participating in play may not enter the court area and must remain in designated seating outside the court.
Maximum 6 players per court at standard rate. Groups of 7-8 players are subject to the additional player surcharge set out in Section 1.
No food is permitted inside the court at any time. Only sealed water bottles and commercially sealed energy drinks are allowed on court. All other food and beverages must be consumed outside the court area.
External coaching, paid lessons or commercial activities (including reselling court time) are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by Terraza management.
Smoking, vaping, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, or serious breaches of safety or club rules may result in immediate termination of the booking and/or banning from the premises.
Basic paddles and balls are provided per court, subject to availability. Please inspect equipment before use and report any defects to staff immediately.
You are responsible for any damage you or your group cause to courts, nets, equipment or facilities, and may be charged the full cost of repair or replacement.
All participation is subject to Terraza’s separate Liability Waiver & Release, which must be accepted before using the facilities. These Booking Terms operate in addition to, and do not replace, the Liability Waiver & Release. Liability is governed by applicable Hong Kong law, including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) and the Occupiers Liability Ordinance (Cap. 314).
Terraza is not responsible for loss of or damage to unattended personal property, except to the extent caused by our negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Peak hours (higher rate): weekdays after 18:00, all day weekends and public holidays.
Off-peak hours (standard rate): weekdays before 18:00.
Current court rates are displayed on the Waterfall app and at reception. Terraza reserves the right to amend rates and these Booking Terms with reasonable notice via our usual communication channels.

These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Final Authority: Management reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision on any disputes, interpretations of rules, or facility policies.
Binding Decisions: All decisions made by facility management regarding court usage, player conduct, safety, or scheduling are absolute and binding.
Immediate Compliance: Players and guests must immediately comply with management's directives while on the premises.
Right of Refusal: Management retains the right to refund fees, cancel reservations, or revoke facility access at its sole discretion to resolve a conflict.

標準取消及更改時間（提前 24 小時以上通知）
凡於預訂時段前至少 24 小時提出取消或更改申請者，將獲得一張用於重新預訂的電子優惠券（有效期為 7 天）。
更改/取消限期過後（少於 24 小時通知）
於預訂時段開始前少於 24 小時內取消者，將不予退款或提供課堂點數。
在場地允許的情況下，管理層可全權酌情為預訂方保留球場一段合理時間。
缺席（No-shows）
若您未有出席且未有聯絡接待處，您的付款將被全數沒收。俱樂部將不提供任何點數、退款或重新安排時間。
第一次缺席記錄將記入您的 Waterfall 帳戶中。若在任何連續 30 天內累計第二次缺席，將被暫停在 Waterfall 應用程式上的預訂權限 2 週。
特殊緊急情況
我們理解緊急情況在所難免。請盡快直接聯絡管理層，並提供醫生證明書或同等證明文件。有效的緊急個案將由管理層全權酌情決定是否給予重新安排時間；俱樂部並不保證退款。
教練、訓練營及課程
所有教練、訓練營及課程預訂均適用於 48 小時前的取消限期。少於 48 小時通知的取消將被沒收全數課程費用。
由 Terraza 發起的取消
若 Terraza 因安全或營運原因取消或未能提供已預訂的球場，我們將發行一張用於重新預訂的電子優惠券（有效期為 14 天）。
室外球場 —— 預訂時段開始前
如遇惡劣天氣或不安全情況，包括（但不限於）黃色暴雨警告訊號或更高、八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號，或管理層合理認為不安全的任何情況，Terraza 可取消室外球場的預訂。
我們將透過 WhatsApp（或您同意的通訊管道）盡快通知您，並以預訂開始前至少 1 小時通知為目標。
室外球場 —— 預訂時段開始後
若在已預訂時間的使用前半段之前終止活動，俱樂部將退回 100% 的預訂費用點數。
若在已預訂時間的使用後半段或之後終止活動，則不予退回點數或退款。
室內球場
僅當室內設施本身變得無法使用或不安全（例如停電、水浸或結構問題）時，方適用於天氣相關的退回點數機制。點數退回將按照上述室外取消的相同方式處理。
不可抗力
對於因超出合理控制範圍的事件（包括惡劣天氣、政府限制或停電）而導致未能或延遲提供設施使用權，Terraza 概不承擔任何責任。在此情況下，您的補救措施僅限於本節所列之點數退回，並受香港法律下不能合法排除的責任所限制。
請在預訂時間前至少 10 分鐘到達，並於接待處辦理登記入住手續。
所有球員在進入設施前，必須簽署並接受 Terraza 的《免責及釋放聲明》。一經簽署，後續到訪依然有效。該免責聲明可透過預訂確認信中發送的連結簽署，或在接待處掃描二維碼（QR Code）簽署。
成功辦理登記入住手續後，球員將收到「籌碼」，並須在進入球場前由值班的場地管理員（Warden）收集。
球員必須穿著不留痕跡的運動鞋（Non-marking sports shoes）。16 歲以下的球員必須隨時由成年人（18 歲或以上）全程陪同及監督。
球場僅限操作中的球員進入。未參與打球的觀眾、訪客及同行者不得進入球場區域，且必須留在球場外的指定座位區。
按標準收費，每格球場最多可容納 6 名球員。7-8 人的團體須支付第 1 節所述的額外球員附加費。
球場內隨時禁止攜帶食物。球場內僅允許攜帶密封的飲用水和市售密封能量飲料。所有其他食物和飲料必須在球場區域以外食用。
除非獲得 Terraza 管理層的事先書面批准，否則禁止進行任何外部教學、付費授課或商業活動（包括轉售球場時間）。
吸菸、電子菸、辱罵或歧視性行為，或嚴重違反安全或俱樂部規則者，可能會導致預訂立即終止及/或被禁止進入該場所。
每個球場均提供基礎球拍（Paddles）和球，具體取決於供應情況。請在使用前檢查設備，如有任何損壞請立即向工作人員報告。
您須對您或您的團體對球場、球網、設備或設施造成的任何損壞負責，並可能被收取全額維修或更換費用。
所有參與者均須遵守 Terraza 獨立的《免責及釋放聲明》，且必須在進入設施前予以接受。本預訂條款屬於《免責及釋放聲明》的補充，並不能取代該聲明。法律責任受適用的香港法律管轄，包括《管制免責條款條例》（第 71 章）和《處所條例》（第 314 章）。
對於無人看管的個人財產的損失或損壞，Terraza 概不負責，除非該損失是由我們的疏忽所致，或屬於香港法律下不能合法排除的責任範圍。
尖峰時間（較高費率）：平日（週一至週五）18:00 之後、週末（週六、週日）全天以及公眾假期全天。
離峰時間（標準費率）：平日（週一至週五）18:00 之前。
目前的球場費率顯示於 Waterfall 應用程式及接待處。Terraza 保留透過常用溝通管道發出合理通知後，修改費率及本預訂條款的權利。

本預訂條款受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議均受香港法院的專屬管轄權管轄。
最終決定權：管理層保留對任何爭議、規則詮釋或設施政策作出最終決定權。
具約束力的決定：管理層針對球場使用、球員行為、安全或時間安排所作出的所有決定均為最終決定，並具絕對約束力。
立即服從：球員及訪客在場所內必須立即服從管理層的指示。
拒絕權利：管理層保留全權酌情退還費用、取消預訂或撤銷設施使用權的權利，以解決利益衝突。
