• Ages 5-8: Focuses on paddle basics, hand-eye coordination, court movement, fun, and safety.

• Ages 9-12: Dives deeper into strokes, game strategy, official game rules, and actual match play.

Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to TRC Summer Pickleball Camp! Before finalizing your child’s registration, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.
By completing the registration and submitting payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these policies.

⁠Registration & Payment
Fees: The camp fee is $1,750 per child for 5 sessions.
Payment: Full payment must be completed at the time of registration to secure your child’s slot. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 6 spots per age bracket.

Attendance & Makeup Sessions
No-Show Policy: Because camp slots are strictly limited, fees are calculated per camp block. No refunds, credits, or makeup sessions will be issued for individual missed days due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel, or minor illnesses.
Punctuality: Sessions run strictly from 8:00am to 9:00am. Please ensure your child arrives 5–10 minutes early so classes can start on time.

Special Promotions & Discounts
Member Discounts: The 10% discount is strictly applicable to active Waterfall Members. Membership verification will be conducted upon registration.
Special Offers: Any promotional rate designated as a “Special Offer for All Participants” applies only to the specific dates and terms outlined during that promotional window.

⁠Code of Conduct & Safety
Behavior: To ensure a fun and safe environment, all participants are expected to show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow campers. Persistent disruptive behavior, bullying, or unsafe actions may result in removal from the camp without a refund.
Attire: Children must wear appropriate athletic clothing and clean, non-marking indoor sports shoes/sneakers. No sandals, flip-flops, or Crocs are allowed on the court.

⁠Medical & Liability Waiver
Health & Physical Fitness: By registering, the parent/guardian certifies that the child is physically fit to participate in an indoor sports camp and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, the camp staff is authorized to seek emergency medical care or first aid for the child if the parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately.
Liability: While our certified coaches prioritize safety, safety rules, and court awareness, participation in sports involves inherent risks of minor injuries (e.g., scrapes, bruises, sprains). The camp organizers, coaches, and venue providers shall not be held liable for personal injuries or lost/damaged personal property during the camp.

Media & Photography Release
The camp organizers may take photographs or brief videos during the sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., social media updates, future camp flyers).
If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify the management in writing via email or WhatsApp prior to the start of the camp.

⁠Cancellation & Weather Policy
Venue: The camp takes place on an INDOOR COURT at Waterfall Olympic, Olympian City One, 11 Hoi Fai Rd, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong.
Weather Conditions: Because the court is indoors, the camp will run as scheduled during typical rainy summer days. However, in the event of extreme weather conditions (such as a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning) where the venue must close for safety, sessions may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is impossible, a prorated credit/refund for that specific day will be issued back to Waterfall e-wallet.

Company Policies & Framework
General Terms: In addition to the camp-specific rules listed above, all standard and existing terms, conditions, privacy policies, and facility rules of the company remain fully applicable to all participants and guardians throughout the duration of the program.

報名及付款

• 費用： 訓練營費用為每位兒童 $1,750（共 5 堂）。

• 準時： 每堂時間嚴格規定為上午 8:00 至 9:00。請確保您的孩子提前 5-10 分鐘到達，以保證課堂能準時開始。

行為準則及安全 

• 行為： 為確保一個充滿樂趣和安全的環境，所有參加者必須尊重教練、工作人員及其他營友。持續的滋擾行為、欺凌或不安全舉動，可能會導致被取消參與資格而不會獲得退款。

• 服飾： 兒童必須穿著合適的運動服及乾淨、不褪色的室內運動鞋／波鞋。球場內嚴禁穿著涼鞋、人字拖或 Crocs 洞洞鞋。

醫療及免責聲明 

• 健康及體能： 家長／監護人報名即代表證明該兒童身體健康，適合參加室內體育訓練營，並無任何妨礙安全參與的健康問題。

• 緊急醫療處理： 如遇醫療緊急情況，在無法立即聯絡家長／監護人的情況下，訓練營工作人員獲授權為該兒童尋求緊急醫療護理或急救。

• 責任： 雖然我們的認證教練重視安全、安全規則及球場意識，但參與體育運動本身存在輕微受傷（例如：擦傷、瘀傷、扭傷）的固有風險。對於訓練營期間發生的任何個人受傷或個人財物遺失／損壞，訓練營主辦方、教練及場地提供者概不負責。

媒體及攝影發布 

• 訓練營主辦方可能會在課程期間拍攝照片或短片作推廣用途（例如：社交媒體更新、未來的訓練營宣傳單張）。

• 如果您不希望您孩子的影像被使用，請在訓練營開始前透過電郵或 WhatsApp 以書面形式通知管理層。

取消及惡劣天氣安排

• 場地： 訓練營於香港大角咀海輝道 11 號奧海城一期 Waterfall Olympic 的室內球場 (INDOOR COURT) 舉行。

• 天氣情況： 由於球場位於室內，訓練營在一般的夏季雨天將如期進行。然而，如遇極端惡劣天氣（如八號颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告）導致場地基於安全理由必須關閉，課程可能會被重新安排。如無法重新安排，該特定日子的按比例積分／退款將退回至 Waterfall 電子錢包。

公司政策及框架 

• 一般條款： 除上述訓練營特定規則外，本公司的所有標準及現有條款、細則、隱私政策及設施規則，在整個活動期間對所有參加者及監護人仍然完全適用。
