\u51cc\u901f\u9ad4\u904b\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4ee5Waterfall Sports and Wellness\u3001W FITNESS\u3001LIFE Yoga\u53caDANCING FIT\u4e4b\u540d\u71df\u696d (\u4e0b\u7a31\u300cWSW\u300d)<\/p>

In Express Recreation Management Ltd. trading as Waterfall Sports and Wellness,W FITNESS, LIFE Yoga, and DANCING FIT (hereinafter refer to \u201cWSW\u201d)<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6703\u7c4d<\/strong> \u6703\u7c4d<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Eligibility<\/strong> \u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u683c<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Applicants for fitness membership must be 15 years old or above; applicants for yoga membership must be 11 years old or above. For applicants under 18 years old, guardian is required to sign as consent on the membership application form. Persons aged 70 or above must either obtain medical approval from their certified doctors or sign a relevant declaration before becoming a member of WSW or using any equipment or services of WSW or participating in any physical activities. Our management department reserves the right to accept or reject for any application without notice.
    \u7533\u8acb\u5065\u8eab\u6703\u7c4d\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u5fc5\u9808\u5e74\u6eff15\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff1b\u7533\u8acb\u745c\u4f3d\u6703\u7c4d\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u5fc5\u9808\u5e74\u6eff11\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u5982\u672a\u6eff18\u6b72\u4e4b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\uff0c\u5176\u6703\u7c4d\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u4e0a\u5fc5\u9808\u5f97\u5230\u5176\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u53ca\u7c3d\u7f72\u300270\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u53c3\u52a0WSW\u4efb\u4f55\u6703\u7c4d\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u8a2d\u65bd\u6216\u53c3\u52a0\u4efb\u4f55\u6d3b\u52d5\u524d\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u5176\u91ab\u751f\u8a31\u53ef\u8a3c\u660e\u6216\u7c3d\u7f72\u6709\u95dc\u8072\u660e\u3002\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6709\u6b0a\u63a5\u7d0d\u6216\u62d2\u7d55\u6279\u51c6\u4efb\u4f55\u7533\u8acb\u800c\u6bcb\u9808\u63d0\u51fa\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>

    1. Termination \u7d42\u6b62\u6703\u7c4d<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1 Subject to the contents of individual membership application forms, to terminate the membership, a member shall give WSW at least one full calendar month's prior written notice (the notice period shall be inclusive of any free membership period) and attend WSW in person to complete the termination procedure. For termination procedure completed on or after the 1st day of any month, the effective date of termination is the last day of the next month. Membership is still valid on the effective date of termination. (E.g. for termination procedure completed on any date between the 1st to the 31st of March, both dates are inclusive, membership will terminate on 30th April, and the membership is still valid on 30 April.) WSW will not accept termination of membership by members in any other manner.
      2.2 WSW reserves the right to, without giving any reason, terminate or suspend any membership at any time by written notice without any refund or compensation.
      2.3 Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Management may at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason or refund, suspend or terminate the membership of any member by giving written notice if:
      2.3.1 The Management considers that such member has conducted him\/herself in such a way which is injurious or prejudicial to the interests of WSW or which is objectionable or prejudicial to other users or staff of WSW;
      2.3.2 The Management considers that such member or his\/her guests are in breach of any of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of WSW;
      2.3.3 Such member defaults in punctual payment of his account; or
      2.3.4 Such member is adjudicated bankrupt or makes a composition or arrangement with his\/her creditors or analogous proceedings are instituted or taken against such member in any territory having jurisdiction over such member.
      2.3.5 Maliciously ruin the prestige of WSW or any illegal behavior;
      2.3.6 Such member has provided any invalid or counterfeit certification from the fact.<\/p>

      2.1 \u5982\u6b32\u5728\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4e4b\u6703\u7c4d\u671f\u5b8c\u7d50\u5f8c\u7d42\u6b62\u6703\u7c4d\uff0c\u6703\u54e1\u5fc5\u9808\u7d66\u4e88WSW\u6700\u5c11\u4e00\u6574\u500b\u516c\u66c6\u6708\u7684\u4e8b\u524d\u66f8\u9762\u901a\u77e5(\u514d\u8cbb\u8d08\u9001\u7684\u6703\u7c4d\u671f\u8a08\u7b97\u5728\u901a\u77e5\u671f\u5167)\u53ca\u89aa\u8eab\u5230WSW\u8fa6\u7406\u7d42\u6b62\u6703\u7c4d\u624b\u7e8c\u3002\u5728\u6bcf\u6708\u4e00\u865f\u6216\u4e4b\u5f8c\u8fa6\u59a5\u4e4b\u7d42\u6b62\u6703\u7c4d\u624b\u7e8c\uff0c\u5176\u6703\u7c4d\u7684\u7d42\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u70ba\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u65e5\uff0c\u800c\u6703\u7c4d\u65bc\u7d42\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u7576\u5929\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u6548\u3002(\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u5728\u4e09\u6708\u4e00\u65e5\u81f3\u4e09\u5341\u4e00\u65e5\u4efb\u4f55\u65e5\u5b50\u8fa6\u59a5\u4e4b\u7d42\u6b62\u6703\u7c4d\u624b\u7e8c\uff0c\u5176\u6703\u7c4d\u7d42\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u70ba\u56db\u6708\u4e09\u5341\u65e5\uff0c\u800c\u6703\u7c4d\u65bc\u56db\u6708\u4e09\u5341\u65e5\u7576\u5929\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u6548\u3002) WSW\u4e0d\u6703\u63a5\u7d0d\u6703\u54e1\u5176\u4ed6\u7d42\u6b62\u6703\u7c4d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002
      2.2 \u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6709\u6b0a\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u5019\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762\u901a\u77e5\u6703\u54e1\u7d42\u6b62\u6216\u66ab\u505c\u5176\u6703\u7c4d\uff0c\u800c\u6bcb\u9808\u63d0\u51fa\u7406\u7531\u53ca\u9000\u6b3e\u6216\u8ce0\u511f\u3002
      2.3 \u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6709\u6b0a\u65bc\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u5019\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u7d42\u6b62\u6216\u66ab\u505c\u4efb\u4f55\u6703\u54e1\u4e4b\u6703\u7c4d\uff0c\u800c\u6bcb\u9808\u63d0\u51fa\u7406\u7531\u53ca\u9000\u6b3e\u6216\u8ce0\u511f\uff1a
      2.3.1 \u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u8a8d\u70ba\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u4f5c\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u640d\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u8a2d\u65bd\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53caWSW\u8077\u54e1\u5229\u76ca\u4e4b\u4e0d\u7576\u884c\u70ba\uff1b
      2.3.2 \u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u8a8d\u70ba\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u6216\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u5609\u8cd3\u9055\u53cd\u4efb\u4f55WSW\u4e4b\u898f\u689d\u53ca\u5b88\u5247\uff1b
      2.3.3 \u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u62d6\u6b20\u5176WSW\u6703\u7c4d\u4e4b\u4f9b\u6b3e\u6216\u6708\u8cbb\uff1b
      2.3.4 \u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u88ab\u6cd5\u5ead\u5ba3\u4f48\u7834\u7522\u6216\u5176\u50b5\u6b0a\u4eba\u5c0d\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u6e96\u5099\u63d0\u51fa\u6216\u4f5c\u51fa\u76f8\u95dc\u8a34\u8a1f\uff1b
      2.3.5 \u84c4\u610f\u7834\u58deWSW\u4e4b\u540d\u8072\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u6cd5\u4e4b\u884c\u70ba\uff1b
      2.3.6 \u6703\u54e1\u5165\u6703\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u8207\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0d\u7b26\u6216\u507d\u9020\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>

      1. Closing down of WSW<\/strong> \u95dc\u9589<\/strong>WSW<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Without prejudice to the foregoing, WSW reserves the right to cease business at any time and a refund of the net fee (all free membership or free services provided by WSW shall not be included in the calculation of such net fee), which would be calculated pro rata to the remaining validity of the membership or prepaid services, will be made within 3 months after presenting to WSW the official receipt issued by WSW. For this purpose members are required to keep the receipts during the valid period. Should the Management considers necessary to temporarily close the premises of WSW for whatever reasons for a period over 7 days, the validity of the membership and prepaid services will be extended accordingly.<\/p>

        \u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6709\u6b0a\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5728\u8a8d\u70ba\u5fc5\u9808\u66ab\u6642\u95dc\u9589WSW\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u53c3\u52a0\u6703\u7c4d\u6642\u6240\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u6536\u64da\u800c\u9000\u9084\u5408\u7d04\u671f\u5167\u5269\u9918\u4e4b\u6de8\u6b3e\u9805(\u6240\u6709\u514d\u8cbb\u6703\u7c4d\u6216\u514d\u8cbb\u670d\u52d9\u4e26\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u8a08\u7b97\u5269\u9918\u4e4b\u6de8\u6b3e\u9805\u5167)\u3002\u800c\u8a72\u9000\u6b3e\u5c07\u4ee5\u5176\u6703\u7c4d\u5269\u9918\u4e4b\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6216\u5df2\u9810\u7e73\u4e4b\u670d\u52d9\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u65b9\u5f0f\u8a08\u7b97\u4e26\u65bc\u6703\u54e1\u7e73\u56de\u4e4b\u6536\u64da\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\u9000\u56de\uff0c\u6545\u6703\u54e1\u61c9\u5728\u5176\u6703\u7c4d\u5408\u7d04\u671f\u5167\u4fdd\u5b58\u6b64\u6536\u64da\uff0c\u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u56e0\u4efb\u4f55\u7406\u7531\u800c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u95dc\u9589WSW\u4e03\u5929\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6703\u7c4d\u4e4b\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5c07\u6839\u64da\u95dc\u9589\u6642\u9593\u800c\u5ef6\u9577\uff0c\u6545\u6240\u6709\u6703\u54e1\u5747\u9700\u4fdd\u5b58\u6709\u6548\u4e4b\u6536\u64da\u3002<\/p>

        1. Personal Information Collection Statement<\/strong> \u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          The personal data collected in the membership application form and the PAR-Q form will be used by WSW for purposes in relation to processing your application for membership and for purposes in relation to such membership and our facilities and services. These purposes include, but not limited to, managing your membership and collecting fees. The personal data that we have collected may be transferred to agents or third party service providers who provide administrative, telecommunication, computer or other services to WSW in connection with the above purposes. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data.           WSW\u6703\u5c07\u6703\u7c4d\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u53ca\u9ad4\u80fd\u6d3b\u52d5\u9069\u61c9\u80fd\u529b\u554f\u5377\u6240\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u8655\u7406\u6703\u54e1\u7684\u6703\u7c4d\u7533\u8acb\u53ca\u8207\u6703\u7c4d\u548cWSW\u7684\u8a2d\u65bd\u53ca\u670d\u52d9\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u7ba1\u7406\u6703\u54e1\u7684\u6703\u7c4d\u53ca\u6536\u96c6\u8cbb\u7528\u3002WSW\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u50b3\u9001\u7d66\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u6216\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\uff0c\u95dc\u65bc\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e8b\u5b9c\u4ed6\u5011\u5411WSW\u63d0\u4f9b\u884c\u653f\u3001\u96fb\u8a0a\u3001\u96fb\u8166\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u6839\u64da\u300a\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599(\u79c1\u96b1)\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\uff0c\u6703\u54e1\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u67e5\u95b1\u53ca\u6539\u6b63\u6703\u54e1\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u5982\u6b32\u884c\u4f7f\u9019\u9805\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u8acb\u806f\u7d61WSW\u6703\u7c4d\u4e3b\u4efb(\u96fb\u8a71\uff1a2886 2311)\u3002\u8a73\u60c5\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u96a8\u9644\u4e4bWSW\u4e4b\u300a\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u6536\u96c6\u53ca\u79c1\u96b1\u653f\u7b56\u8072\u660e\u300b\u3002<\/p>

          1. Fees<\/strong> \u8cbb\u7528<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            5.1 The membership fee and the payment for any service is not refundable.
            5.2 Membership fees and facilities charges shall be determined from time to time by WSW.
            5.1 \u6240\u6709\u5df2\u7e73\u4ea4\u4e4b\u6703\u7c4d\u8cbb\u7528\u5c07\u4e0d\u6703\u7372\u5f97\u767c\u9084\u3002
            5.2 \u6240\u6709WSW\u6536\u8cbb\u5305\u62ec\u6703\u7c4d\u8cbb\u7528\u53ca\u8a2d\u65bd\u7b49\u4e00\u5207\u6536\u8cbb\u5747\u4ee5WSW\u8a02\u7acb\u53ca\u6c7a\u5b9a\u70ba\u6a19\u6e96\u3002<\/p>

            1. Change of address<\/strong> \u66f4\u6539\u5730\u5740<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              Members are required to notify any change of address and telephone number within one week of such change to WSW.
              \u6703\u54e1\u9700\u5728\u66f4\u6539\u5730\u5740\u6216\u806f\u7d61\u96fb\u8a71\u5f8c\u7684\u4e00\u661f\u671f\u5167\u5411\u63a5\u5f85\u8655\u9032\u884c\u6709\u95dc\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4fee\u6539\u901a\u77e5\u3002<\/p>

              General<\/strong> \u7e3d\u5247<\/strong><\/h3>
              1. Charges<\/strong> \u6536\u8cbb<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                1.1 All persons must pay for using WSW facilities according to the charges information available at the reception, which would be adjusted from time to time.
                1.2 WSW reserves the right to reject any suspicious credit card to pay for any charge.
                1.3 Pay by credit card please firstly confirm the credit amount before payment.
                1.1 \u6240\u6709\u4eba\u58eb\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55WSW\u8a2d\u65bd\u524d\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u6839\u64da\u6709\u95dc\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e4b\u6536\u8cbb\u8a73\u60c5\u5230\u63a5\u5f85\u8655\u7e73\u4ed8\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6709\u6b0a\u96a8\u6642\u66f4\u6539\u6240\u6709\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e4b\u8cbb\u7528\u3002
                1.2 WSW\u6709\u6b0a\u62d2\u7d55\u63a5\u53d7\u6709\u61f7\u7591\u7684\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u7e73\u4ed8\u4efb\u4f55\u7684WSW\u6536\u8cbb\u3002
                1.3 \u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u7c3d\u5e33\u6642\u9700\u8981\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u7c3d\u5e33\u91d1\u984d\u3002<\/p>

                1. Hours of opening<\/strong> \u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  2.1 WSW will be opened from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. to users seven days a week (except such public holidays that the Management may determine) at such hours of opening as the Management may in its absolute discretion decide.
                  2.2 Daily opening hours are separated to Peak hour and Non-peak hour.
                  2.2.1 Peak hours are the period from 5p.m. to 11p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holiday) and from 7a.m. to 6p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
                  2.2.2 Non-peak hours are the period from 7a.m. to 5p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holiday) and from 6p.m. to 11p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
                  2.2.3 The opening hours of the particular facilities will be displayed at prominent position upon such premises.
                  2.2.4 Without permit, any user must not stay among the area of WSW during non-opening hours.
                  2.1 \u6839\u64da\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7684\u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593\uff0cWSW\u5c07\u4e00\u661f\u671f\u4e03\u65e5\u7531\u4e0a\u5348\u4e03\u6642\u81f3\u665a\u4e0a\u5341\u4e00\u6642\u958b\u653e\u4e88\u6703\u54e1\u6216\u81e8\u6642\u4f86\u5ba2(\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f11\u606f\u7684\u516c\u773e\u5047\u671f\u9664\u5916)\u3002
                  2.2 WSW\u6bcf\u5929\u7684\u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593\u5206\u70ba\u7e41\u5fd9\u6642\u6bb5\u53ca\u975e\u7e41\u5fd9\u6642\u6bb5\u3002
                  2.2.1 \u7e41\u5fd9\u6642\u6bb5\u70ba\u661f\u671f\u4e00\u81f3\u661f\u671f\u4e94(\u516c\u773e\u5047\u671f\u9664\u5916)\u4e0b\u5348\u4e94\u6642\u81f3\u5341\u4e00\u6642\uff1b\u661f\u671f\u516d\u3001\u65e5\u53ca\u516c\u773e\u5047\u671f\u4e0a\u5348\u4e03\u6642\u81f3\u4e0b\u5348\u516d\u6642\u3002
                  2.2.2 \u975e\u7e41\u5fd9\u6642\u6bb5\u70ba\u661f\u671f\u4e00\u81f3\u661f\u671f\u4e94(\u516c\u773e\u5047\u671f\u9664\u5916)\u4e0a\u5348\u4e03\u6642\u81f3\u4e0b\u5348\u4e94\u6642\uff1b\u661f\u671f\u516d\u3001\u65e5\u53ca\u516c\u773e\u5047\u671f\u4e0b\u5348\u516d\u6642\u81f3\u5341\u4e00\u6642\u3002
                  2.2.3 \u70ba\u914d\u5408WSW\u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u500b\u5225\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e4b\u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u65bc\u8a72\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e4b\u986f\u773c\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5c55\u793a\u3002
                  2.2.4 \u672a\u7d93\u66f8\u9762\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4e0d\u53ef\u5728\u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593\u4ee5\u5916\u9017\u7559\u5728WSW\u5834\u5730\u3002<\/p>

                  1. Liability<\/strong> \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u8cac\u4efb<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    3.1 The use of the facilities, services and equipment within WSW is undertaken at the user's own risk.
                    3.2 WSW and its officers, directors and\/or employees shall not be liable in any way whatsoever (whether by way of contract, tort, negligence, statutory, common WSW duty or otherwise) for any death, personal injury, health problem, loss and\/or damage suffered by anyone, except for death and\/or personal injury caused by the negligence of WSW, its officers, directors and\/or employees.
                    3.3 WSW does not manufacture fitness or other equipment, but purchases\/leases such equipment. WSW is providing recreational services and shall not be held liable for death, personal injury and\/or losses caused by defective products.
                    3.4 The user shall indemnify WSW against any proceedings, actions, claims or demands whatsoever by any person for loss and\/or damage caused by the user.
                    3.1 \u6240\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5747\u9808\u81ea\u884c\u627f\u64d4\u65bcWSW\u4f7f\u7528\u6240\u6709\u8a2d\u65bd\u3001\u670d\u52d9\u53ca\u5668\u6750\u4e4b\u98a8\u96aa\u3002

                    3.3 WSW\u50c5\u70ba\u5065\u8eab\u5668\u6750\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8a2d\u5099\u4e4b\u627f\u8cfc\u8207\u627f\u79df\u8005\u800c\u975e\u88fd\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u660e\u77adWSW\u50c5\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u904b\u52d5\u4f11\u9592\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u6545\u6bcb\u9808\u5c0d\u6709\u7455\u75b5\u4e4b\u5668\u6750\u8a2d\u5099\u800c\u7522\u751f\u4e4b\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u4eba\u8eab\u50b7\u5bb3\u53ca\/\u6216\u640d\u5931\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002
                    3.4 \u4efb\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5c31\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u58eb\u53ca\/\u6216\u5176\u8cd3\u5ba2\u6240\u5f15\u81f4\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u640d\u5931\u53ca\/\u6216\u640d\u5bb3\u5411WSW\u4f5c\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3001\u8a34\u8a1f\u3001\u7533\u7d22\u6216\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9808\u5411WSW\u4f5c\u51fa\u5f4c\u511f\u3002<\/p>

                    1. The Management<\/strong> \u7ba1\u7406\u5c64<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      4.1 The Management reserves the right to:
                      4.1.1 Without any refund or compensation refuse to admit any person to the premises or to use any of the equipment, facilities or services if the person has previously failed to comply with the Rules and Regulations of WSW;
                      4.1.2 Expel from the premises without any refund or compensation the person who has violated the Rules and Regulations of WSW or whose conduct in the opinion of the Management is such that it maybe injurious or prejudicial to the interests of WSW or objectionable or prejudicial to the interests of other users or staff of WSW;
                      4.1.3 Any person conduction him\/herself in a disorderly manner or whose presence at WSW premises shall be considered by the Management to be objectionable to the interests of others or the staff of WSW is liable to be expelled from the premises.
                      4.1.4 Opening hours adjustment, closure or suspending part or all of the services, facilities or equipment of WSW for reason related to repair maintenance, expansion, weather conditions, policy or economic system alteration, irresistible or special events or for any reason whatsoever;
                      4.1.5 Hire out the premises or any part thereof to any member or other party upon terms as it thinks fit;
                      4.1.6 Refuse to allow anyone to use any facility or service at any time without giving any reason and without any refund or compensation.
                      4.2 WSW management has the right of final decision for any of the above dispute.
                      4.3 Management has privilege to use the premises and facilities by its own, including activities holding or course rental of the premises and without advanced notice. Any decision made by WSW management will be the final.
                      4.1 WSW\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u4fdd\u7559\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b0a\u5229\uff1a
                      4.1.1 \u62d2\u7d55\u4efb\u4f55\u9055\u53cd\u6b64\u898f\u689d\u53ca\u5b88\u5247\u4e4b\u4efb\u4f55\u689d\u6b3e\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u9032\u5165WSW\u5834\u5167\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u5668\u6750\u3001\u8a2d\u65bd\u53ca\u670d\u52d9\u3002
                      4.1.2 \u9a45\u9010\u4efb\u4f55\u5c0dWSW\u8077\u54e1\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8a2d\u65bd\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9020\u6210\u59a8\u5bb3\u53ca\u9a37\u64fe\u884c\u70ba\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u96e2\u958bWSW\u3002
                      4.1.3 \u5982\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u8a8d\u70ba\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4f5c\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u640d\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u8a2d\u65bd\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53caWSW\u8077\u54e1\u5229\u76ca\u4e4b\u4e0d\u7576\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u5c07\u9a45\u9010\u8a72\u7b49\u4eba\u58eb\u96e2\u958bWSW\u3002
                      4.1.4 \u7531\u65bc\u4fee\u7406\u3001\u4fdd\u990a\u3001\u64f4\u5145\u3001\u5929\u6c23\u56e0\u7d20\u3001\u653f\u6cbb\u6216\u7d93\u6fdf\u5236\u5ea6\u4e4b\u66f4\u6539\u3001\u4e0d\u53ef\u6297\u62d2\u4e4b\u56e0\u7d20\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u539f\u56e0\u800c\u8981\u95dc\u9589\u6216\u66ab\u505cWSW\u90e8\u5206\u6216\u5168\u90e8\u4e4b\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u8a2d\u65bd\u53ca\u5668\u6750\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4fee\u5b9a\u958b\u653e\u6642\u9593\u3002
                      4.1.5 \u5728\u8a8d\u70ba\u5408\u7406\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5c07\u90e8\u5206\u6216\u6574\u500b\u5834\u5730\u79df\u8cc3\u4e88\u4efb\u4f55\u6703\u54e1\u6216\u5718\u9ad4\u3002
                      4.1.6 \u62d2\u7d55\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4f7f\u7528WSW\u4e4b\u4efb\u4f55\u8a2d\u65bd\u53ca\u670d\u52d9\u800c\u6bcb\u9808\u7406\u7531\u53ca\u8ce0\u511f\u3002
                      4.2 WSW\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u5c07\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u722d\u8b70\u4e0a\u64c1\u6709\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6b0a\u3002
                      4.3 WSW\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u6709\u512a\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u5834\u5730\u53ca\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u70ba\u8209\u8fa6\u6703\u54e1\u6d3b\u52d5\u6216\u8ab2\u7a0b\u9810\u8a02\u5834\u5730\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9808\u53e6\u884c\u901a\u77e5\u3002<\/p>

                      1. Entering and departing from WSW<\/strong> \u9032\u5165\u53ca\u96e2\u958b<\/strong> WSW<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        5.1 All members and guests must register at reception with presentation of their membership card or guest pass before using any facilities or\/ and services of WSW. Guests are required to present a valid identity card for verification upon arrival at reception together with filling check-in registration. All users will be given a digital wristband, which is required to wear appropriately at WSW premises. WSW reserves the right to refuse any person to use any facilities or\/ and services of WSW if any person fails to comply with it.
                        5.2 All members and guests must return the digital wristband to reception before departing from WSW. Any loss or damage of digital wristband is subject to a penalty.
                        5.1 \u6703\u54e1\u767b\u8a18\u638c\u975c\u8108\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u8a2d\u65bd\u6216\/\u53ca\u670d\u52d9\u3002

                        5.3 \u6240\u6709\u5609\u8cd3\u96e2\u958bWSW\u524d\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u63a5\u5f85\u8655\u4ea4\u9084\u96fb\u5b50\u624b\u5e36\u3002\u5982\u6709\u640d\u6bc0\u6216\u907a\u5931\uff0c\u6bcf\u689d\u96fb\u5b50\u624b\u5e36\u4e4b\u7f70\u6b3e\u6309WSW\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>

                        1. Towels<\/strong> \u6bdb\u5dfe<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          6.1 All members are entitled to have one towel when registering at reception (except specific membership or guest pass).
                          6.2 Extra towel rental service is available at reception; any rental fee is subject to a charge.
                          6.3 Users should return WSW\u2019s towel to designated collection points properly. WSW have right to suspend provide towels for 1 month for members who failed to return towels for 3 times.
                          6.1 \u9664\u7279\u5b9a\u6703\u7c4d\u6216\u5609\u8cd3\u5916\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f4d\u6703\u54e1\u65bc\u63a5\u5f85\u8655\u767b\u8a18\u6642\u53ef\u7372\u767c\u4e00\u689d\u6bdb\u5dfe\u3002
                          6.2 \u984d\u5916\u6bdb\u5dfe\u79df\u8cc3\u670d\u52d9\u53ef\u65bc\u63a5\u5f85\u8655\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u79df\u8cc3\u8cbb\u7528\u9700\u53e6\u884c\u652f\u4ed8\u3002
                          6.3 \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u61c9\u5c07WSW\u7684\u6bdb\u5dfe\u59a5\u5584\u4ea4\u9084\u81f3\u6307\u5b9a\u6536\u96c6\u9ede\u3002\u5982\u6703\u54e1\u9023\u7e8c\u4e09\u6b21\u672a\u80fd\u4ea4\u9084\u6bdb\u5dfe\uff0cWSW\u6709\u6b0a\u66ab\u505c\u70ba\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u6bdb\u5dfe\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u3002<\/p>

                          1. Dress<\/strong> \u8457\u88dd<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                            Users are required to wear appropriate exercise wearing such as T-shirts and shorts, tracksuits, leotards and tights, together with appropriate footwear in all the exercise, weights and aerobics areas.
                            \u6240\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9808\u7a7f\u4e0a\u9069\u7576\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u670d\uff0c\u5982T\u6064\u3001\u77ed\u8932\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u670d\u3001\u7dca\u8eab\u8863\u53ca\u5408\u9069\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u978b\uff0c\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u8209\u91cd\u53ca\u5065\u7f8e\u64cd\u5340\u57df\u5167\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>

                            1. Conduct<\/strong> \u884c\u70ba<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                              8.1 Being undressed or naked are strictly prohibited at public areas of WSW except changing room, WSW has the right to expel the person who fails to comply with it.
                              8.2 Any person shall NOT use any skateboard, skates or sound instruments such as radios, transistors or tape recorders within the premises.
                              8.3 Any person shall NOT engage in illegal betting or gambling, drinking alcohol, get drunk, bad language or other misconduct within the premises.
                              8.4 Any person shall NOT smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in any area of the indoor premises.
                              8.5 Eating is not allowed in any area of the indoor premise unless obtain the prior consent from our management.
                              8.6 Eating or drinking with non-provided or non-sold by WSW is prohibited.
                              8.7 Selling or promotion with any product or service without consent from WSW is prohibited.
                              8.8 User needs to keep the premises clean.
                              8.9 Except with prior permit by our management, NO photo taking or video recording within the premises.
                              8.1 \u7981\u6b62\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u65bcWSW\u5834\u5167\u516c\u5171\u5730\u65b9(\u66f4\u8863\u5ba4\u9664\u5916)\u88f8\u9732\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u5426\u5247WSW\u6709\u6b0a\u9a45\u9010\u9055\u898f\u4eba\u58eb\u96e2\u958b\u3002
                              8.2 \u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e0d\u5f97\u65bc\u5834\u5167\u4f7f\u7528\u6ed1\u677f\u3001\u6a02\u5668\u7b49\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u9020\u6210\u6ecb\u64fe\u6216\u4e0d\u4fbf\u4e4b\u7269\u54c1\u3002
                              8.3 \u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e0d\u5f97\u65bc\u5834\u5167\u8ced\u535a\u3001\u98f2\u9152\u3001\u9189\u9152\u3001\u7c97\u8a00\u7a62\u8a9e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4e0d\u7576\u884c\u70ba\u3002
                              8.4 \u65bc\u5834\u5167\u6240\u6709\u5ba4\u5167\u5730\u65b9\u4e00\u5f8b\u7981\u6b62\u5438\u7159(\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7159)\u6216\u651c\u5e36\u71c3\u8457\u7684\u9999\u7159\u3001\u96ea\u8304\u6216\u7159\u6597\u3002
                              8.5 \u9664\u4e86\u5f97\u5230\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u7684\u7279\u5225\u51c6\u8a31\u5916\uff0cWSW\u5834\u5167\u975e\u9910\u98f2\u5340\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5ba4\u5167\u5730\u65b9\u4e00\u5f8b\u7981\u6b62\u98f2\u98df\u3002
                              8.6 \u7981\u6b62\u98df\u7528\u53ca\u98f2\u7528\u975eWSW\u6216WSW\u8a31\u53ef\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u53ca\u98f2\u6599\u3002
                              8.7 \u7981\u6b62\u92b7\u552e\u53ca\u63a8\u92b7\u4efb\u4f55\u975eWSW\u6388\u6b0a\u540c\u610f\u4e4b\u7522\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u7bc4\u570d\u3002
                              8.8 \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u61c9\u4fdd\u6301\u5834\u5730\u6574\u9f4a\u6e05\u6f54\u3002

                                9.1 All persons shall respect the comfort of other persons using WSW premises and keep noise to a minimum level. In particular, no radios, tape recorders, record players or musical instruments may be brought into or used in WSW premises without the permission of WSW.

                                9.2 \u5982\u672a\u6709WSW\u4e4b\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e0d\u5f97\u516c\u958b\u4f7f\u7528\u53ca\u64ad\u653e\u6536\u97f3\u6a5f\u3001\u9304\u97f3\u6a5f\u3001\u5531\u6a5f\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u97f3\u97ff\u5668\u6750\u3002
                                9.3 \u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e0d\u5f97\u65bc\u5834\u5167\u4f7f\u7528\u624b\u63d0\u96fb\u8a71\u5927\u8072\u64ad\u653e\u97f3\u6a02\u6216\u5f71\u7247\u3002<\/p>

                                  No gambling of any description is permitted in WSW.

                                  1. Pets<\/strong> \u5bf5\u7269<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                    No pet can be brought into WSW.
                                    \u56b4\u7981\u651c\u5e36\u4efb\u4f55\u5bf5\u7269\u9032\u5165WSW\u5834\u5167\u3002<\/p>

                                    1. Restricted areas<\/strong> \u79c1\u5bb6\u91cd\u5730<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                      12.1 No person shall be permitted to enter into the electrical and mechanical, air conditioning plant rooms or other operational areas of WSW.
                                      12.2 Without permit, no person shall enter into the logistics working area or administration area.
                                      12.1 \u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e0d\u5f97\u9032\u5165WSW\u7684\u4f9b\u96fb\u5ba4\u3001\u7a7a\u6c23\u8abf\u7bc0\u63a7\u5236\u5ba4\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u63a7\u5236\u5ba4\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u3002
                                      12.2 \u672a\u7d93\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u9032\u5165WSW\u5f8c\u52e4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u3002<\/p>

                                      1. WSW's property<\/strong> \u6703\u6240\u8ca1\u7522<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                        13.1 No person shall remove any property from WSW. All persons are responsible for any damage caused by them to any WSW\u2019s property.
                                        13.1 \u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e0d\u5f97\u64c5\u53d6\u4efb\u4f55WSW\u4e4b\u4efb\u4f55\u8ca1\u7269\uff0c\u5982\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u6bc0\u58deWSW\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8ca1\u7269\uff0c\u5747\u5fc5\u9808\u627f\u64d4\u8ce0\u511f\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>

                                        1. Loss or theft of property<\/strong> \u907a\u5931\u6216\u88ab\u7aca\u53bb\u8ca1\u7269<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                          WSW shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of any article or property of any person whether they are left in any locker or elsewhere in WSW.
                                          \u5982\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u5728WSW\u5834\u5167\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u6216\u5132\u7269\u6ac3\u5167\u907a\u5931\u6216\u88ab\u7aca\u53bb\u8ca1\u7269\uff0cWSW\u6bcb\u9808\u627f\u64d4\u4efb\u4f55\u8cac\u4efb\u3002WSW\u8077\u54e1\u5c07\u4e0d\u6703\u53d7\u59d4\u8a17\u4fdd\u7ba1\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u58eb\u4e4b\u79c1\u4eba\u8ca1\u7269\u53ca\u7269\u54c1\u3002<\/p>

                                          1. Unlock of lockers<\/strong> \u958b\u555f\u5132\u7269\u6ac3<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                            Under circumstances deemed necessary at the discretion of the Management, WSW has the right to unlock any daily or rental locker with the attendance of at least two delegated officials.
                                            \u5728\u5fc5\u9808\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0cWSW\u6709\u6b0a\u59d4\u6d3e\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc\u5169\u4f4dWSW\u8077\u54e1\u540c\u6642\u958b\u555f\u4efb\u4f55\u65e5\u7528\u53ca\u79c1\u4eba\u5132\u7269\u6ac3\u3002<\/p>

                                            1. Lost property<\/strong> \u5931\u7269<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                              Any article of value found in WSW will be kept in the reception office. If any article is not claimed within one month, it may be disposed of and given to charity.
                                              \u5728WSW\u5834\u5167\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u6240\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7269\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u4ea4\u7531\u63a5\u5f85\u8655\u4ee3\u70ba\u4fdd\u7ba1\uff0c\u5982\u8a72\u5931\u7269\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u4ea6\u672a\u6709\u4eba\u8a8d\u9818\uff0cWSW\u5c07\u4e0d\u6703\u53d7\u7406\u4efb\u4f55\u8a8d\u9818\u4e26\u6703\u5c07\u8a72\u5931\u7269\u81ea\u884c\u8655\u7f6e\u6216\u6350\u8d08\u4e88\u6148\u5584\u5718\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>

                                              1. Complaints and suggestions<\/strong> \u6295\u8a34\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u610f\u898b<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                All suggestions and all complaints in respect of any matter concerning WSW or the behavior or conduct of any employee of WSW must be made in writing to WSW's Manager. No employee of WSW shall be reprimanded by any person in any circumstance.

                                                1. User\u2019s risks<\/strong> \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u98a8\u96aa<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                  18.1 In this regard, WSW's staff shall not be liable in any way whatsoever (whether by way of contract, tort, negligence, statutory, common WSW duty or otherwise) for any death, personal injury, health problem, loss and\/or damage suffered by anyone, except for death and\/or personal injury caused by the negligence of WSW's staff.
                                                  18.1.1 Any user has behavior caused by any situation;
                                                  18.1.2 WSW's staff may from time to time suggest workout techniques and\/or repetitions, weight, etc. of workouts users choose to conduct;
                                                  18.1.3 Any person due to any sickness or unknown sickness causes accident or injury or leads to others of accident or injury in WSW;
                                                  18.2 Users should assume all risks of accident or injury connected with their participation in any activity within WSW. Users represent that they are in good health and suffer from no health restrictions that would adversely affect their decision to participate in any activity within WSW.
                                                  18.3 All person who are in any doubt as to their physical fitness or aged 70 or above should obtain medical clearance from their doctors or sign a relevant declaration before using any equipment or services of WSW or participating in any physical activities.
                                                  18.4 With infectious disease or non-recovered disease, or chronic disease, such as heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney disease patients, patients with severe liver disease, high or low blood pressure patients, behavior disorders, disorders and some of the patients with acute illness, and, cold or fever patients who are inappropriate to do physical exercise and activity, including using cold and hot massage pool, sauna, steam bath. All users need to get body assessment from certified doctors whether who is suitable or not to use WSW\u2019s facilities or activities participation.
                                                  18.5 Children member or age under 15 use our WSW\u2019s facilities, adults member should be responsible for their guidance and self-care. WSW has no responsibility for any incident for negligence.
                                                  18.6 All guests who are using WSW facilities should be guided by members, members need to take all responsibilities for their guests.

                                                  18.3 70\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e4b\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55WSW\u8a2d\u65bd\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u6216\u53c3\u52a0\u4efb\u4f55\u6d3b\u52d5\u524d\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u5176\u91ab\u751f\u8a31\u53ef\u8a3c\u660e\u6216\u7c3d\u7f72\u6709\u95dc\u8072\u660e\u3002

                                                  18.6 \u6240\u6709\u5609\u8cd3\u4f7f\u7528WSW\u5834\u5730\uff0c\u61c9\u7531\u6703\u54e1\u966a\u540c\uff0c\u6703\u54e1\u5c0d\u5176\u5609\u8cd3\u61c9\u8ca0\u5168\u90e8\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>

                                                  1. New member arrangement<\/strong> \u65b0\u6703\u54e1\u5b89\u6392<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                    New member is arranged for preliminary exercise plan and physical assessment by our gym coach.
                                                    \u65b0\u6703\u54e1\u4e00\u5f8b\u5b89\u6392\u8207\u5065\u8eab\u6559\u7df4\u898f\u5283\u4e00\u4efd\u521d\u6b65\u904b\u52d5\u8a08\u5283\u6216\u9ad4\u80fd\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002<\/p>

                                                    1. Coach<\/strong> \u6559\u7df4<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                      All personal hired trainer or coach is strictly prohibited with the only exception of trainer or coach who are authorized by WSW.
                                                      \u9664WSW\u6388\u6b0a\u7684\u5718\u9ad4\u53ca\u6559\u7df4\u5916\uff0c\u56b4\u7981\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u58eb\u65bcWSW\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u9032\u884c\u6559\u6388\u3002<\/p>

                                                      WSW Facilities<\/strong> WSW <\/strong>\u8a2d\u65bd<\/strong><\/h3>
                                                      1. Swimming Pool<\/strong> \u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                        1.1 According to the government\u2019s rule, the Swimming Pool shall be cleaned and maintenance thoroughly every year. During the cleaning and maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed for no more than 14 days. WSW shall not be liable to compensation of any claim.
                                                        1.2 Swimming Pool will be closed regularly on the second Sunday of every month from 20:00 to 15:00 of the following day for routine water quality maintenance. WSW has the right to adjust the monthly routine water quality maintenance with prior notice stated within the Club area.
                                                        1.3 All swimmers must register and wear wristbands on hand before using the pool and changing facilities.
                                                        1.4 Wearing appropriate swimsuit and cap are required when using the pool. Only T-shirts that are pure white and without printing on it is allowed.
                                                        1.5 Other than WSW staff or anyone with prior approval from the Club Management, no footwear is allowed in the Swimming Pool area except for rubber slippers. Swimsuit or clothes changing is now permitted in the Pool Area or Pool Side.
                                                        1.6 All swimmers must take a shower and walk through the foot bath before entering the Swimming Pool area.
                                                        1.7 For the benefit of yourself and others, anyone suffering from skin disease, infectious disease is prohibited from using the Swimming Pool.
                                                        1.8 For the benefit of yourself and others, please refrain from entering the Swimming Pool area if you are suffering from respiratory tract infections.
                                                        1.9 Glassware, metalware, and\/or any devices with photo shooting or video recording function is strictly prohibited within the Swimming Pool area.
                                                        1.10 Be considerate of yourself and others, diving, running, and brawling is strictly prohibited within the Swimming Pool area to prevent accidents.
                                                        1.11 Coaching is strictly prohibited within the Club without prior approval from the Club Management.
                                                        1.12 Photo shooting or video recording is strictly prohibited within the Club area without prior approval from the Club Management.
                                                        1.13 Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the pool unless they are accompanied by an adult or are under the supervision of WSW\u2019s instructor. No adult shall accompany more than 2 children at any one time, and they must leave the pool when the adult leaves.
                                                        1.14 WSW will take no responsibility for occurrence causing any accident, property loss, injury or death while using the Swimming Pool. Anyone suffering from skin disease, infections disease or cuts, abrasions are not permitted to use the pool.
                                                        1.15 Swimmers applying suntan cream or lotion should shower with soap and water before entering the pool.
                                                        1.16 Swimmers must comply with the instruction from life guards, and do not disturb their duty work. For any enquiry or suggestion, please contact the Main Reception Desk.
                                                        1.17 Due to safety reason, life guards have the right to control the flow of people when the Swimming Pool is overcrowded.
                                                        1.18 The user shall indemnify WSW for the loss in\/not less than HK$ 10,000 if the Management considers necessary to temporarily close the swimming pool for cleansing operation caused by the user.
                                                        1.19 A pool divider is in place to separate the Swimming Pool. Small and medium sized equipment is allowed between the divider and the Shallow Area. All equipment is restricted between the divider and Deep Area.
                                                        1.20 The Club Management reserves the right to refuse admittance for anyone who habitually disregards any of the aforesaid Rule and Regulations.
                                                        1.21 All swimming equipment are strictly prohibited with the exception of inflatable arm floaty, rubber floating board, swimming goggles, and other necessities unless authorized or provided by Waterfall.
                                                        1.22 WSW has reserves the right to add, remove, and amend any Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations based on actual situation without prior notice.

                                                        1. W Fitness<\/strong> \u5065\u8eab\u5ba4<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                          2.1 Members or guests must register at the reception and are required to wear wristbands before entering the Gymnasium.
                                                          2.2 Any persons under the age of 15 are not permitted to enter the fitness center unless participating the personal fitness training with WSW\u2019s personal trainer.
                                                          2.3 Person who suffers from any infection or contagious diseases or skin condition may not use the fitness center.
                                                          2.4 All persons are to strictly adhere to any instructions displayed on or near any equipment located in WSW when using such equipment. Any malfunction of any equipment must be reported to the staff immediately.
                                                          2.5 All free weights, including dumbbells, must be placed back in their appropriate place after use. All person are requested to refrain from dropping weights after a lift.
                                                          2.6 Always use the workout towel to clean up all workout areas after use. Users must keep this towel with them at all times while working out.
                                                          2.7 No oversized bags or other personal items should be kept on the workout floor. Please use lockers for storage of all personal items.
                                                          2.8 All users are required to wear proper fitness attire at all times. Users must wear a shirt that covers their chest area. No jeans (clothing with rivets), see through, torn or altered items of clothing are allowed. Undergarments must be worn with all workout attire including thongs, closed toed, rubber soled athletic shoes must be worn at all times. No black soled or other destructive shoes may be worn in the fitness center.
                                                          2.9 WSW will not tolerate the use of steroids or other illegal substances within WSW. Violation of this provision will result in immediate membership termination without review or refund.
                                                          2.10 Users with tattoo should wear proper shirts or trousers to cover their tattoo.
                                                          2.11 All users MUST comply with all rules and regulations at any time in our Club. Any breach of rules, disturbance or endanger of others, WSW staff has the right to dissuade and absolute right to terminate of using gym facilities.
                                                          2.12 Persons with insufficient sleeping are suggested to not use our fitness centre.
                                                          2.13 Lady Zone is a designated area strictly for female members.

                                                          1. Life Yoga<\/strong> \u745c\u4f3d<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                            3.1 All classes are available for reservation 3 days in advance starting from 22:00 through the internet or mobile application.
                                                            3.2 All classes that commences within 2 hours will be confirmed automatically by the system, and cancel anyone who was unable to make it on the attendance list.
                                                            3.3 5 minutes before class commences (according to the system), all remaining slots will be released as replacement slots for any user who would like attend class. Users may take the replacement slot and obtain the class pass at the kiosk.
                                                            3.4 Regardless of the booking method, all users are required to register at the reception. After registration user may obtain the class pass at the kiosk 2 hours and at least 5 minutes before the class commence, otherwise member will be considered absent. Once class starts, nobody is allowed to enter the classroom.
                                                            3.5 Users should make prior notice to Life Yoga for the cancellation of any reservation on the website, mobile phone application, in person or by phone at least 2 hours before the class. Users who have accumulated with 3 absence records within 30 days will result in the suspension of all advance reservation services for 30 days.
                                                            3.6 Every user who made a reservation must obtain their own Class Pass to attend the class. Our staff or the Class Instructors has the right to request any user without a class pass or their own class pass to leave the classroom.
                                                            3.7 To protect the rights of all users, for anyone who obtained the class pass and did not participate will be considered as absent.
                                                            3.8 Reservation for classes or facilities that overlap in time is not allowed.
                                                            3.9 Hot Yoga are not suitable for persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney disease, serve liver disease, hypertension and acute disease such as flu and fever. WSW will not be responsible and liable for any accidents or consequences if you participate the class with these diseases.
                                                            3.10 Hot Yoga is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant.
                                                            3.11 Please inform the instructor if you have any disease, former injures, feeling uncomfortable or period, therefore, the instructor could pay attention to your body condition during class.
                                                            3.12 Life Yoga for children: Children under 15 years old should be accompanied by his\/her agent or at least one specified adult to attend Life Yoga classes apart from his\/her guardian, and are not recommended to take any hot yoga class.
                                                            3.13 Yoga is the best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all 2-3 hours before class.
                                                            3.14 It is strictly prohibited to take your mobile phone or any personal belongings into the class to prevent any possibilities that may disrupt the class.
                                                            3.15 Take off your shoes and leave them on the shelves outside before entering the classroom.
                                                            3.16 Nobody is allowed inside the classroom when there are no classes.
                                                            3.17 Please keep silent and do not enter or exit the classroom without instructor's approval.
                                                            3.18 The infrared thermosetting system must only be controlled by the teacher or WSW\u2019s staff, members must NOT touch the controls.
                                                            3.19 Please keep the classroom clean. For anyone bringing a beverage in the classroom must be tightly closed with a lid.
                                                            3.20 Life Yoga is authorized to any changes without prior-notice. Please keep close attention to the notice on the same day as your reservation.
                                                            3.21 Life Yoga is authorized by WSW to revise, change any rules and regulations of yoga class and reservation method without prior notice.

                                                              4.1.13 Please do not adjust the air conditioning and lighting system.

                                                              4.1.18 Any user who takes WSW to damages any of WSW\u2019s facilities at Aerobic room shall be liable to pay a sum to WSW equal to the replacement cost or repair of those facilities.
                                                              4.2 Badminton court, Table tennis
                                                              4.2.1 Bookings for all courts are made on the basis of first-come-first-serve. Members should use the facilities under the following rules and regulations.
                                                              4.2.2 No any other activities are allowed unless obtain the prior consent from the Management.
                                                              4.2.3 Members are required to pay for court usage.
                                                              4.2.4 Court reservation can only be made on WSW mobile phone application starting from 7 days in advance to 2 hours before the court reservation period. Only courts within 2 hours can be reserved and paid in person during WSW business hour. (07:00-23:00)
                                                              4.2.5 Each valid membership number is entitled to reserve the facilities for a maximum of one session. Each session lasts 60 minutes.
                                                              4.2.6 Ball Game Facilities can only be canceled by mobile phone application 2 hours before the commencement time of the reserved period. Reservation fee will still be deducted from belated cancellation.
                                                              4.2.7 Members must show up on time and register at reception in person, and check-in for the court. No person shall assist others to register, otherwise the member who reserved will be regarded as absent.
                                                              4.2.8 Member guest is required to purchase guest day pass before using any WSW facilities.
                                                              4.2.9 Users must print the ticket at the kiosk for court reservation confirmation. The ticket is to be placed on the ticket stand for staff inspection in order to protect the rights of members. WSW has the right to refuse the use of facilities for anyone who has not registered at the reception or made a reservation for the court.
                                                              4.2.10 Only a maximum of 4 persons is allowed in every Badminton court and Table tennis.
                                                              4.2.11 All users are required to be dressed appropriately and wear non-marking shoes.
                                                              4.2.12 Only the players are allowed to use the reserved court and any other facilities such as Resting Area.
                                                              4.2.13 All persons shall respect the comfort of other persons using facilities and keep noise to a minimum level; and shall not conduct any disorderly manner to other users.
                                                              4.2.14 No personal items shall remain in courts or resting area at the end of reserved session. All users should leave on time.
                                                              4.2.15 Any member or guests without a valid guest day pass or membership will be charged $500 HKD for using the clubhouse\u2019s facility.
                                                              4.2.16 To cope with continuous healthy operation of WSW, all rules and regulations are subject to modification without notice to members.

                                                                5.1 Digital daily locker
                                                                5.1.1 Digital daily lockers are available in the changing rooms. It is advisable not to store items of significant value in the lockers. Users may provide their own padlock upon their demands or reinforcement of security.
                                                                5.1.2 Users bear full risk and responsibility for any and all loss or stolen items. Users must provide own locks for daily lockers and must remove that lock before leave WSW. Locks left overnight are subject to forced removal. Non-identifiable items found in such lockers will be kept for 2 days with daily keeping charge and disposed of or given to charity, WSW has no responsibility on it.
                                                                5.1.3 Whenever member leaves WSW, he\/she MUST return the wristband of daily locker immediately.
                                                                5.1.4 Member CANNOT exchange the wristband personally due to safety issues.
                                                                5.1.5 Locker will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis.
                                                                5.1.6 Any user who takes WSW to damages any of WSW\u2019s digital lockers at changing room shall be liable to pay a sum to WSW equal to the replacement cost or repair of those facilities.
                                                                5.2 General indications
                                                                5.2.1 Children over 1.1 metres height or aged 6 or above is prohibited to enter the changing room and washroom of the opposite gender.
                                                                5.2.2 Hair dryer is provided for the purpose of drying hair on head only, NOT for any other purposes.
                                                                5.2.3 Users should use WSW\u2019s towel properly. Placing on the floor or cleansing personal belongings (shoes, slippers, etc) is prohibited.
                                                                5.2.4 Users should return WSW\u2019s towel to designated collection points properly. Any suspected thievery found will be reported to police for prosecution.
                                                                5.2.5 Users should not overuse the articles (e.g. paper, tissue, cotton tip, etc.) and water.
                                                                5.3 Cold, Hot Jacuzzi; Sauna and Steam
                                                                5.3.1 All users should comply with the rules displaying on the door or the prominent position upon such facilities.

                                                                  1. Barbecue Area<\/strong> \u71d2\u70e4\u5834<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                                    7.1 Please reserve time to tidy up the venue and leave on time.
                                                                    7.2 When lighting a fire, safety must be observed, and it is strictly prohibited to move burning objects or embers away from the barbecue grill or to start a fire outside the barbecue grill. It is strictly prohibited to move the barbecue grill near grassy areas.
                                                                    7.3 Users must be responsible for the safety of their own belongings, and the club will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
                                                                    7.4 Please keep the venue clean and tidy, and before leaving, please sort and dispose of garbage in the designated bins. If garbage is found left behind upon departure, the club reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $500 to the member who booked the venue.
                                                                    7.5 In case of strong winds, do not open parasols. Do not arbitrarily move facilities within the venue. If a user directly or indirectly damages the venue, facilities, or other items, the club reserves the right to claim compensation for all losses incurred.
                                                                    7.6 Users must supervise accompanying persons. If inappropriate use of facilities is found, and an accident occurs in the barbecue area resulting in loss, injury, or death, the club will not be responsible. The member who booked the venue must be one of the users and is responsible for maintaining order among accompanying guests.
                                                                    7.7 Guests are not permitted to enter other areas of the club except the barbecue area and rented restroom facilities.
                                                                    7.8 Delivery of takeout food or use of the venue for non-barbecue purposes is not permitted. Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
                                                                    7.9 Other activities (including ball games, bicycles, remote-controlled products, etc.) are prohibited.
                                                                    7.10 Users are requested not to make excessive noise or use amplifiers or similar items to avoid disturbing others.
                                                                    7.11 Decorating the barbecue area is prohibited.
                                                                    7.12 The club reserves the right to immediately prohibit individuals who violate the usage rules from using the barbecue area, and such individuals will be suspended from booking the barbecue area for six months.
                                                                    7.13 Users must comply with the instructions of club staff. The club reserves the right to revise the above rules and regulations without prior notice.

                                                                      Decisions of WSW on the interpretation of these Rules and Regulations, the application form for membership and on any matter affecting WSW, whether or not provided by these Rules and Regulations, shall be final and binding on the users.
                                                                      WSW\u64c1\u6709\u6b64\u898f\u689d\u53ca\u5b88\u5247\u3001\u6703\u7c4d\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u689d\u6b3e\u4e8b\u9805\u4e4b\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6b0a\u3002<\/p>

                                                                      1. Amendment of Rules and Regulations<\/strong> \u898f\u689d\u53ca\u5b88\u5247\u4e4b\u4fee\u8a02<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                                        WSW has the right to alter, amend, add to, vary or replace the terms of these Rules and Regulations at any time. The new version of the Rules and Regulations shall become effective immediately after the same is posted up at the premise of WSW.
                                                                        WSW\u6709\u6b0a\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u9593\u4fee\u8a02\u6216\u66f4\u6539\u6216\u589e\u52a0\u6b64\u898f\u689d\u53ca\u5b88\u5247\u4e4b\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u5df2\u4fee\u6539\u4e4b\u7248\u672c\u5c07\u65bc\u516c\u4f48\u65bcWSW\u5834\u5167\u5f8c\u5373\u6642\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>

                                                                          3.1 WSW may give any notice by any means it considers sufficient, including without limitation, by post or by posting up a notice at the premises of WSW. Notice shall be deemed to have been received by us under the following situations:
                                                                          3.1.1 If the notice is sent by post, 24 hours after the notice is sent;
                                                                          3.1.2 If the notice is posted up at the premises of WSW, immediately after the notice is so posted up.
                                                                          3.1.3 All users should comply with all notices, instruction, guideline, rules and regulations posting in WSW.
                                                                          3.1 WSW\u6216\u5c07\u91cd\u8981\u901a\u544a\u4ee5\u624b\u6a5f\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4e0a\u50b3\u90f5\u5bc4\u4e88\u6703\u54e1\u6216\u516c\u4f48\u65bcWSW\u5834\u5167\uff1a

                                                                          1. Definition and Interpretation<\/strong> \u5b9a\u7fa9\u53ca\u8a6e\u91cb<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                                                            4.1 Words importing the singular number shall include the plural number and vice versa, and words importing the masculine, feminine or neuter genders shall include the others of them.
                                                                            4.2 In these Rules and Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,
                                                                            4.2.1 \"WSW\" means In Express Recreation Management Ltd trading as Waterfall Sports Club\u3001W FITNESS\u3001LIFE Yoga\u53caDANCING FIT.
                                                                            4.2.2 \"the Management\" means the management of WSW.
                                                                            4.2.3 \"users\" include members, their guests, casual visitors and customers.
                                                                            4.3 All above rules and regulations apply to all users.
                                                                            If there is any conflict between the English version and the Chinese version of (1) these Rules and Regulations and (2) the terms of the application form for membership, the English version shall prevail.
