條款和細則

Liability

1) By enrolling in a program with infindea Sports (IS), you are agreeing that the participant

does so at his/her own risk and will not hold Infindea Sports, its owner, employees &

coaches responsible for any injuries, loss or damage of property during the course of

participation.

Registration, Make-up Classes & Cancellation Policy:

2) Our sessions are run throughout only Summer camp schedule as below:

3) Infindea Sports does not offer a pay-per-class service, however if you would like to enrol

once the term has already begun, you are very welcome to send us your application and we

will contact you to confirm your place, subject to class availability.

4) Make-Up Classes – A make-up class will only be offered to those who present a valid

medical certificate. It will therefore be your responsibility to schedule a make-up class

according to our term schedule, within each respective term. We will confirm with you if there

is space in your preferred time-slot, otherwise a day will be appointed for you.

5) Bad Weather – Please note the class arrangements in the following conditions:

– In the event of any bad weather, all sessions at indoor facilities will run as usual unless

there is a Black Rainstorm or a Typhoon 8.

– In the event of any rain, amber rainstorm or typhoon 3 at any of our outdoor facilities, the

coaches reserve the right to cancel the session according to the on-site situation. In the

event of a red rainstorm, black rainstorm & typhoon 8, classes will be cancelled. If typhoon

or rainstorm signal is lowered 2 hours before a scheduled class, then sessions will continue

as usual.

6) Parents may use their own discretion to decide whether to attend the resumed lessons,

however there will be no credit/make class for any missed classes if the coach in charge

decides to go ahead with the session.

責任聲明

1. 報名參加 infindea Sports（IS）課程，即表示參加者同意自願承擔風險，並不會因參與期間發生的任何受傷、財物損失或損壞而追究 Infindea Sports、其擁有人、員工及教練的責任。

報名、補課及取消政策

2. 我們的課程僅於暑期營期間舉行，時間如下：

   • Fun Kids Gym：7月14、21、28日；8月4、11、18日

   • Start Up Class：7月14、21、28日；8月4、11、18日

3. Infindea Sports 不設單堂收費服務。如欲於學期開始後報名，歡迎提交申請，我們會根據班別名額與你聯絡確認。

4. 補課安排：僅限於出示有效醫生證明者方可補課。補課需於同一學期內按課程時間表預約，並由我們確認所選時段是否有空位，否則將另行安排日期。

5. 惡劣天氣安排：

   • 室內場地：如遇惡劣天氣，除非懸掛黑色暴雨或八號颱風信號，課堂照常進行。

   • 戶外場地：如遇下雨、黃色暴雨或三號颱風，教練有權根據現場情況取消課堂。若懸掛紅色、黑色暴雨或八號颱風信號，課堂將取消。若信號於課堂前兩小時除下，課堂照常舉行。

6. 家長可自行決定是否出席恢復的課堂，但如教練決定課堂照常舉行，缺席者將不獲補課或學費退還。

7. 如因天氣取消課堂，Infindea Sports 團隊會提供補課選項。補課需於同一學期內按課程時間表預約，缺席課堂不設學費退還。

8. Infindea Sports 不會因缺課、惡劣天氣、疾病或受傷而退款，但會提供補課選項，並須於原課堂所屬學期內使用。

9. 請注意：公眾假期不設課堂！

10. Infindea Sports 保留隨時更改課堂及政策的權利，恕不另行通知。如報名人數不足，亦有權取消課堂。

11. 如所選時段無法安排，Infindea Sports 歡迎家長自行組班（視乎需求及場地供應而定）。
